Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Working with the Azerbaijani government, Caulfield Krivanek Architecture was involved with the design of these dual mixed use commercial and residential 50-storey towers, in Baku, the country’s capital, and largest city. Drawing inspiration from the Art Nouveau era, this opulant building will be highly finished and decorative, drawing on the organic shapes and romantic undertones of the era.

Incorporating high end apartments, some as large as 400m2, and predicted to be one of the largest buildings in Baku, this project has provided us with enormous scope. We have also been involved in designing the interiors of the apartments, hotel foyers and common areas.
