Location: Melbourne, Australia

Principal Architect: Ivo Krivanek

Brief:  Many of the buildings surrounding are a product of the English Arts-and-Crafts consciousness.
In order to pay respect to its neighbours, the house took its inspiration from the works of Edwin Lutyens, one of the great exponents of that style.
With the exception of the Front Door, which is 19 c. French, the rest of the design with its steep, multi-gabled slate roof, the wrought iron work of the window-boxes and the general proportions of the building all reflect the sensibilities of a romantic gothic image of pre-Palladian England.
Like most of CKA luxury residences, this residence has a lower ground floor car park, gymnasium and a home cinema, family and formal Rooms on the ground floor and a master suite and three bedrooms on the first floor.
