Brief:  A 32-storey hotel and serviced apartments building designed for Stockland.
The hotel stands at the Gateway to China Town in Melbourne and through subtle details it pays its respects to its neighbourhood.
Offering a choice of studio, one and two bedroom apartments, most with balconies, the hotel provides accommodation options suitable for its CBD location.
In addition there are Conference Facilities for 250 people, a restaurant, a bar, a full gymnasium and a heated indoor swimming pool with a sauna and spa.
The solid arched podium houses a multi-deck commercial car park for 450 cars.
