High-class apartment-style accommodation that provided for retirement lifestyle living in Melbourne’s leafy suburb of Balwyn.

The brief required negoitation of purchase of the site, as well as finanical (feasibility), architectural and interior design services for a prestigious 90-bed community-style retirement facility.

The site for this project was adjacent to one of Balwyn’s renowned parks, and a short distance to Balwyn’s exclusive shopping strip on Whitehorse Road.

The design provided 90 one-bedroom and two-bedroom independent living apartments set within a welcoming, sophisticated environment.

Residents enjoy secure access to beautifully landscaped gardens and stylish facilities.
