This prestigious apartment project was undertaken for a repeat client for whom we had completed several houses and commercial developments.

The brief was to provide a luxury penthouse for the owner/ developer and then optimise the return for the rest of the development by providing the maximum number of apartments possible, but suiting the size and quality of the local residential market.

The unique site, flanked by parkland on two sides and opposite required extensive consultation with the local council, with consultant planners and with the community.

The completed result achieved all of its design objectives and now sits harmoniously in its residential parkland environment.
