The brief was to deliver a retreat suitable for all ages.

Located on Melbourne’s Mornington Pensinsula, with sweeping views across Melbourne and Port Phillip Bay, this large holiday home was designed to accommodate family and friends for extended stays.

It includes several informal games, television and living rooms to cater for children, teenagers and adults.

The main living areas have fully retractable, computer-controlled windows which open to a terrace, embracing the uninterrupted views of the Bay to bring the sea-experience directly into the living room.
